The gym is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

The gym membership includes 24/7 access to the gym, the WIFI, the kitchen, and the showers. If you have questions, of course we will answer them. But coach-led training is available only through the app, the group classes, and the 1:1 coaching.

We offer personal training, group class training, and individual on-your-own training in the gym. We also have an app available. Some people use to guide themselves through the gym equipment, and some people use it at home.

You can have up to 4 people on a family membership. They must be immediate family members in the same household.
