Hi, I’m Taylor Cox. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Oklahoma and I’ve been working with clients in the health and fitness arena for 4 years. I’ve helped countless people improve their technique, get stronger, boost their health, and enjoy more overall well-being.
I started my fitness journey wanting to be a body builder—to get as big and as strong as I could be. But my education and work with other coaches like Josh Bryant are what really pushed me to the next level.
Not everyone wants to body build at the gym, and that’s OK. Everyone can boost their physical and mental health through smart, effective workouts. I know that my life has been changed for the better, and I strive to share that experience, however that looks for you. My gym is a no-judgement, positive, motivational place for you. I know how capable you are, and I enjoy helping you succeed.
